gobble gobble
thanksgiving was a bit different this year since corey was the only child with the decency to show up, and considering she lives with us , well how many options did she really have? although we missed the crowd and the screaming grandkids we still had much to be thankful for. it was great having mads folks here and of course pie and jeopardy later were great.

the sky is falling!!!
i am realizing more than ever the amount of leaves these trees produce. honestly the need to be picked up at least 3 times a week or they get way out of control. fortunately the cub cadet does the job in a fraction of the time it would take to rake. but emptying the bagger 10 times is a bit of a hassel.
this was all clean the day before.
getting jazzy with the jakey
on monday nov19 . madelyn scored some jazz tickets for three november birthday boys. we all went to see the jazz take on new jersey, and it was a blast.
here is brian, jake, and madelyn before the game. this was right after carlos boozer was showing jake the fundementals of dunking. ( shame i missed that photo op)
although the game sorta sucked, a jazz blowout from the git go, nothing sucked about the food in the autoliv suite. as jake puts away another slice. like he said " the suite was sweet".
all in all it was a great time. thanks madelyn, and thanks autoliv.
